On Wednesday, October 10, 2007, The Westbank Musicians Hall of Fame, Inc. inducted their 2007 musicians into the Hall of Fame at a banquet ceremony held at the Westwego Civic Association Center. The following musicians were inducted: Philip Alleman, Jimmy Ates, Toxie Baughman, Charlie Baggese, “Deaser” Bennett, Kelly Collins Benoit, Wade Bernard, John Bonvillain, Jr., Wynston Bordelon, Paul Broussard, Leroy Chiasson, Roddy Collins, Johnny Comeaux, Carl Contranchis, Nick Contranchis, “Pat” Crabtree, Bernard “T-June” Dardar, Glenn Diecedue, Clincy Gros, “Splint” Guidry, “Smokey” Gutherie, Tom Harvey, Raymond Hernandez, Tommy Morris, Mel Oliver, Jerry Pekinto, Richard Rowley, Russ Russell, Sal Saleto, “Sook” Sanchez, Herbert Scully, Tony Ting, Wayne Trosclair, and Billy Joe Webb.
